Step 1: – Official website

Note :– If your mobile number is not linked with Aadhaar card, then for that you do not have to fill Aadhaar number in Details of applicant.
After that you have to click on proceed. After that you have to recheck the information which you have filled.
Step 7:– (Attach Annexure)
When you submit the application, after that you will get the option of Attach Annexure. If your mobile number is not linked with Aadhaar card.
Step 8 :– (Upload documents)
When you click on Attach Annexure, a new page will open in front of you, in which you have to upload your document, you can upload all the documents one by one.
